Processing & Shipping Times

Orders are processed within 1-4 business days. Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Locations

📍 We currently ship to Canada and The United States.

  • Domestic (Canada): Flat rate of $25 CAD (or calculated at checkout)

  • Ontario: Flat rate of $20 (or calculated at checkout)

  • United States: Flat rate of $25 CAD

Customs & Duties

If you're ordering from outside Canada, your package may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes upon arrival. These charges are determined by your country’s customs regulations and are the customer’s responsibility. Unfortunately, The Trove Candle Co. is not responsible for covering these fees.

We want you to love your order, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help!

Returns & Refunds

You have 10 days from the time you receive your order to let us know about any issues. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in perfect condition—just like the day you unwrapped it. Please keep the original packaging intact.

To start a return, email us at [your email], and we’ll guide you through the process. Once we receive your returned item, we’ll issue your refund. Unfortunately, due to the rising costs of shipping customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us.

Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, some items are final sale—these include:
