  • We currently only ship to Canada and the United States. Please sign up for our newsletter to stay in the loop about when we will be able to ship worldwide!

  • Our bookish candles are created, hand-poured, packaged, and shipped out from our studio in Barrie, ON, Canada.

  • For orders shipped within Canada, there is a flat-rate shipping fee of $20 CAD.

    If you are shipping to the United States, the flat-rate shipping fee is $25 CAD.

  • We create the scents and hand-pour each candle that leaves The Trove. All orders will be shipped out in the order that they are received. Please have patience and allow for longer processing and shipping times during the holiday rush!

    We are a small business and hand-pour our candles, so our typical processing time may lengthen from 1-4 days to 7-10 days during the holiday season, depending completely on order sizes and shipping backlogs.

  • If you ever need to get an order by a specific date, please contact us at the.trove.books@gmail.com to see if we can accommodate your request. We do not guarantee delivery dates, but we will do our best to get your order to you as soon as we can!

  • When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us that includes a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at the.trove.books@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you as soon as possible.

  • At The Trove, we're truly sorry to learn that your order didn't arrive as expected. While we strive for perfection with each package, we're only human.
