You have 10 days from the time you receive your order to let us know about any issues. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in perfect condition—just like the day you unwrapped it. Please keep the original packaging intact.
To start a return, email us at the.trove.books@gmail.com, and we’ll guide you through the process. Once we receive your returned item, we’ll issue your refund. Unfortunately, due to the rising costs of shipping customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us.
